Zepol Collective LLC is led by Megan Lopez, an educator and academic consultant dedicated to helping students navigate their academic journeys with confidence and purpose. With experience supporting students in academic growth, college readiness, and leadership development, Megan works closely with students to help them build skills that extend beyond the classroom.

Grounded in the philosophy of cura personalis, care for the whole person, Megan believes that true academic success comes from understanding the individual behind the student. Her approach emphasizes personalized guidance, intentional goal-setting, and practical strategies that empower students to take ownership of their education.

Through 1:1 coaching, workshops, and self-paced learning opportunities, Megan creates supportive, structured spaces where students feel seen, encouraged, and equipped to succeed in college and beyond.
