Refund & Cancellation Policy

Zepol Collective LLC works hard to provide high-quality academic support. Because our services involve scheduled time and digital materials, this Refund Policy outlines what is eligible for a refund.

1. One-on-One Sessions

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a credit.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

  • Late arrivals do not extend the session time.

2. Workshops & Group Programs

  • Refunds are available if requested 48 hours before the workshop.

  • Within 48 hours, no refund is available, but you may request a credit toward a future workshop (if offered).

  • If Zepol Collective cancels a workshop, you will receive a full refund or credit.

3. Online Self-Paced Courses

Due to the digital nature of online courses:

  • All sales are final

  • No refunds are provided once access is granted

4. Academic Materials & Downloads

All digital downloads, templates, and supplemental documents are non-refundable.

5. Package Deals

If you purchase multi-session packages:

  • Refunds apply only to unused sessions

  • Used sessions are non-refundable

  • Credits may be issued at our discretion

6. Exceptional Circumstances

We may offer partial refunds or credits for verified emergencies (case-by-case).

7. How to Request a Refund

Email zepolcollectivellc@gmail.com with:

  • Your name

  • Service purchased

  • Date of purchase

  • Reason for refund request

We will respond within 3–5 business days.
