Refund & Cancellation Policy

Zepol Collective LLC works hard to provide high-quality academic support. Because our services involve scheduled time and digital materials, this Refund Policy outlines what is eligible for a refund.
1. One-on-One Sessions

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a credit.

Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.

No-shows are non-refundable.

Late arrivals do not extend the session time.
2. Workshops & Group Programs

Refunds are available if requested 48 hours before the workshop.

Within 48 hours, no refund is available, but you may request a credit toward a future workshop (if offered).

If Zepol Collective cancels a workshop, you will receive a full refund or credit.
3. Online Self-Paced Courses
Due to the digital nature of online courses:

All sales are final

No refunds are provided once access is granted
4. Academic Materials & Downloads
All digital downloads, templates, and supplemental documents are non-refundable.
5. Package Deals
If you purchase multi-session packages:

Refunds apply only to unused sessions

Used sessions are non-refundable

Credits may be issued at our discretion
6. Exceptional Circumstances
We may offer partial refunds or credits for verified emergencies (case-by-case).
