Currently, all my services require a 1:1 discovery call. The call is 15 minutes and will be held virtually. This initial conversation allows us to get to know the student, understand their academic goals and challenges, and determine the best path forward. The discovery call ensures a strong fit, clarifies expectations, and helps identify the most effective support option before providing information on different service options.


Cancellation Policy

Payment for Services a. Payment policies apply to the following: -One-on-one academic consulting sessions -Group workshops and programs -Online self-paced courses -Academic planning packages -Digital materials and downloads -Each service listing will clearly state pricing and what is included. 4. Late or Failed Payments a. If a payment fails or is declined, access to services may be delayed or suspended. b. You are responsible for ensuring payment information is accurate and up to date. c. Repeated failed payments may result in cancellation of services. 5. Packages & Installment Plans a. If a package or payment plan is offered, terms will be clearly outlined at purchase. b. Missed or late installment payments may result in paused services until resolved. c. All used sessions within a package are non-refundable. 6. Refunds & Credits a. All refunds, cancellations, and credits are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please review that policy before completing a purchase. 7. Pricing Changes Zepol Collective LLC reserves the right to: a. Update pricing at any time b. Modify service offerings c. Price changes will not affect services already purchased. 8. Taxes a. You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your purchase, where required by law. 9. Disputes & Chargebacks a.
